Born in the heart of Little Saigon, Westminster, our journey began with a simple family recipe—one passed down through generations. Growing up, the kitchen was our sanctuary, where the scent of fragrant herbs and the sound of rice paper being dipped in water meant one thing: a meal made with care.
But we noticed something missing in Orange County—authentic Vietnamese rolls that fit modern life. Too often, fresh, healthy flavors were slowed down by long waits or lost in transit. So, we set out to change that.
